Looks like there aren't any objections to multiple entries. Therefore, I'll allow up to 2 entries from each contestant (although each entry will be judged separately). Now you can either submit one large/medium sized level with lots of content or two smaller, different levels. Or just an small level. Or two big, complex levels... if you think you're a bad enough dude X)  Either way, it's up to you.

It happens Yohji. It sounded like you might have given up, and nobody asked for an extension. I could grade it anyway if you want to see if you would have won.

Great! :D  Yours is the first entry submitted to this contest.

Yohji, are you still interested on finishing your real-life themed level? It'd be a shame if it was never released, even though egomassive's competition ended.

I think I may try to do something for this...
Many a hand has scaled the grand old face of the plateau,
Some belong to strangers and some to folks you know,
Holy ghosts and talk show hosts are planted in the sand,
To beautify the foothills and shake the many hands.

I'm sorry to say I'm not happy about the way it is. I wanted to make a level about a city junkyard; Juni's cat gets lost there and Juni has to go search for it. Problem is, there really is just one moderately good dumpyard tileset, and I can't do much with it alone; and even if I could it's kind of a bit difficult to get a good dumpyard going without boring the player with, well, just piles of dirt and occasional trash.

I'd submit what I have to the Round Robin thread (http://nifflas.lpchip.nl/index.php?topic=2809.0), where there's no first entry yet, but I understand they decided to use just one specific tileset. As I'm planning to release a completely different level, and have already started working on that, I don't think the dumpyard stuff is going anywhere. Maybe I'll release a preview in the previews section of the forum, but that's about all I can think of now. Sorry!

UPD: I polished a couple of screens and uploaded the unfinished level. Check the preview thread:

Just to say that I'm doing something, I'm doing something.  Got started yesterday morning after figuring out my promise and I'm going to slap it together asap.  I've got a 1/2 hour each morning, and 2 hours on Thursday, so I should be able to get somewhere.

Hey, are there any super mario bro tilesets handy?  Particularly the water level?

Tomorrow's the last day, d00ds (I'll begin judging the entries this Monday). If anyone wants to request an extension, now it's the time to do so.

Actually, you're second. But I don't give bonus points for being the first, so it's okay :P
