in World.ini, or KSManager, change the clothes or skin color to 0. whichever one is zero (both can be 0) decides which is transparent.

no matter what color, the outline will be black.

KSA ignores the skin color and adds a light blue line on the clothes (both regardless of color)

Sorry for being off-topic here, but Do You Really Need To Capitalize Every Word? It makes everything hard to read, and its not what you've learned at school either.

Wow. I didn't even notice that was capatalized. X)

Anyway, yeah. Juni's transparent color in MMF is 0,0,0 black. Therefore, when you set her color to 0,0,0 black, she becomes transparent. Her outline, however is 8,0,0 black.
