pushed back from september 2009 to december 2010 and it's still only a 'probable' release

Relax. If Nicalis doesn't manage to get it out, I'd wager Nifflas will release it on PC eventually. So it's definitely coming out... Unless the world ends before it does, that is. X)

I hope it does eventually come out. Right now, however (and i suggest all you guys do as well), i'm treating this as a Duke Nukem: Forever scenario: It'll be finished when it's finished!

As far as I know Nifflas is already done with... well... everything =P
And I cannot imagine that nicalis was overwhelmed by evil aliens who want to stop Nightsky cause it`s to spacy...

The Nicalis Blog is back up now, and the whole site has seen a facelift. No news on Night Sky yet, though, just a hint to a game by Pixel.

Some news about Night Sky at Idéame (Spanish young game-developer meeting): it says here that

Basically, it may come out at the end of the year, if not in early 2011.

Well, good to hear that it's at 95%, but Nicalis really needs to get this game out there now. I've been looking forward to it, and have money set aside--but we just need to play the game. It's been put off for far too long.

Nifflas, any chance of it being released before December?

I worry that such a long wait for this game is going to make it anti-climactic.  If it's a masterpiece, it will have been worth the wait, but if it's just okay, we'll feel like "we waited so long for this?"

Back when this game was announced I didn't have a Wii.  Then I got one as a gift last Christmas, and I thought about trading it in for an Xbox or something, but the main reason I decided to keep it was to play NightSky.  Now I have this Wii that I never use.  I hope whenever this game comes out that I'll be glad I kept the Wii just for it.
