To be completely honest, I have to agree with people writing it off like that, Samorost is fantastic, in particular Samorost II, and Machinarium is just so amazing that it's unbelievable. I don't think these games live up to the quality of the Amanita productions in sense of perfection, style, charm, music 'n graphics, but a lot of work have obviously gone into these games too, and it's all subjective anyway
