I just don't think that's a good level decision. You get a key - logically you would advance - but here you just get killed.

Yeah, the level turned out quite short. The real challenge and the "real" plot is going to be unveiled by lots of cutscenes and a bit of deadliness in the next chapter...hehe...

Wow. I'm normally not one for the massive, multi-part epic stories, but this was fantastic.

You managed to use a lot of tilesets in a relatively small area without it feeling schizophrenic, the music was very pleasant and helped set the mood very well, the plot (even if it started a bit cliched) got very interesting at the end, and the dialogue was genuinely funny.

I look forward to seeing the rest.

I enjoyed this, too. I did not manage to get the highjump powerup, though - but I suppose that is intentional?
