BlackM.1's Tilesets
« on: July 28, 2009, 20:27:58 »
Well seeing as how I might be showing up a little more on the forums now, and seeing how some people are posting their tilesets here, I decided to post all my tilesets up here for use, even the ones that only a select few were allowed to use.

Update [6/22/10] - New Tileset Project, Draft Available for use, under the condition that you, or anyone uses it for any other reasons besides Knytt Stories, also, credit me :P

Spoiler: Tilesets (click to show/hide)

I hope you all find these useful

I really like the town/city-oriented tiles. I may use them. (If ever I make any more levels.)

Also the last tileset is posted twice.
good bye

The tilesets are awesome! You hold a place in my mind as a very excellent tileset creator.

..I seem to remember screenies, though.
Lurk more.

These are, for the most part, well drawn.

A few don't really fit the style of KS, and many parts of them just plain look bad, but on the whole, they're good tilesets.  The Fertilous Village one is especially nice.

Some of these will certainly come in very handy when I start building the next part of my environmental...

Have to say, the giant witch's head is up there with Bonemouse's anteater-thingy as one of the most random things found in a KS tileset!  C)p

Very nice looking! In the Elemak town, the top middle tile of the castle tiles is messed up.

Its atually supposed to look like a wall, so that's probably why

Actually, I think it's due to one of the lines separating the bricks being thinner then the others.
These tilesets are great, but a bit unpolished. Sometimes with the outlines of things it looks like you just drew it and then didn't clean it up at all. Pay a bit more attention to and spend a little more time on each tile and these will be amazing.

Check out my tilesets!

I never said they were bad, quite the opposite! The Pond flowzen village and Midnight lum town tilesets are the ones with the outline problem.

Alright, well, I'm pretty sure many of you have long forgotten me :P

I haven't been on for a while, but I have been working on what may be my final KS level. But to pass the time, I have been making tilesets for a bit.

I was inspired a while ago to create a new tileset, and I still haven't finished it, but I'll be working on it for a while. Other than that, anyone who wants, can use it. Just remember to credit me when you do use it :)
