Tileset pwease!

I need a underwater beach tileset. Not a swamp. I need it to be cheery and happy and stuff.
I cant find any of gaeels tilesets in his website D:

Try looking here. There's one there that I used for TMG. It's kinda cheery. It looks purple. :U

do you want an underwater tileset or a beach tileset? those are two different things


and theres a few good ones in the link Pumpkinbot gave you. (that's the public tileset bank, always try checking that first.)

as far as underwater, you can get creative with the standard tilesets (add bubbles around the screen for an underwater effect, etc.) i like using tileset 6 for that personally. i'm not sure if there's any made specifically for underwater scenes, since the basic ones are already pretty good for that.

if all else fails feel free to make one yourself. individuality is good :p

Salmoneus has a point though. It gets old seeing the same tilesets in every level. Most great new levels are those which have creative and new designs in them.

Anyone can make tilesets. All it takes is Paint.net and a few hours (at tops). Some people are just too lazy. Good levels take work and time.

How much would a tileset cost?

Ground tiles - not to much
Basic ground + background - still not too much
Absolutely extraordinary tileset - a lot

I mean huge extraordinary posters dont cost much anyways.

I'll just ask people on a gfx forum
