Flag off: All objects?
« on: June 12, 2009, 10:58:59 »
Hello,

I have a shift in my level that goes into a cut-scene. After the cut scene I want all the power ups to "disappear". The problem is, you can only turn off 1 flag item in the same shift. Is there a way to loose all the items without using multiple shifts?  :/

Thanks  :)

You must use multiple shifts to remove multiple objects, unfortunately.
good bye

You might have to make, instead of a cutscene, a "shift-scene", where you use shifts to progress through a scene, each one turning off a flag. Or, you could make it so that there is a short "maze" where you have to find the shifts to use, one for each power-up. It's up to you to decide.

You could have multiple shifts for leading into the cutscene, each one taking one away. Then have the cutscene.

the multiple shifts could look realistic, or you could have what looks like a legnthy pause, going through identical rooms.

or use a shiftscene (screens connected by shifts) with each shift taking away a power until they're all gone.
