Challenge [Hard?] [Stupid] Vertical Pickle Monitor

Get both endings without cheating while playing in windowed mode with a window that's as horizontally narrow as the game will allow. However, it must be as tall as possible. Your OS must use the highest resolution your monitor supports. Like this:

I must admit, this is far better (and stupider!) than my challenge.
Also, just a protip: the further you stretch your window vertically, the smaller your horizontal view is. Right now I can only see three blocks:

And I didn't get to see which character I chose when I started a new game.

Thanks for the info. I updated the rules accordingly. This has the unintentional result of giving owners of small monitors a minor advantage, but oh well.

I haven't actually beaten this challenge myself, incidentally. Hence the "Hard?" tag. Will give it a try at some point, though.
