Museums

I've been to the museums, but I had no idea there were multiple entrances. Could you give some hints (or just say, haha) about where the other two are?

Really each museum only has one entrance.  It's just that you get to the big museum by what I call the three corner room.  The three corner room connects the area from chapter 2, the SW bell gate, and some room in the SE part of the map. Find one of them and poke your nose out the others to see where they are.

This is not to say that there are not more ways in, as we all know how much Nifflas likes his secrets, with in secrets, with in secrets, with in....  Just that I haven't found any yet.
