This game isn't as hard as the prequel because of the various save spots, but it still makes me want to kill myself.

I believe the controls are harder, but it might also have more enemies.

Less saves, more enemies, some level design differences (pathways blocked, new ones opened, magnet blocks removed, platforms removed), faster moving obstacles etc.

Also a completely different cheat. :D

I don't think there's anything different in the controls though.
