^ That doesn't really matter for two reasons: first, Nifflas made Night Sky with MMF2, which doesn't have a Wii version; second, for a game like this I'd say you don't really need to use the hardware to its fullest, which means it all boils down to how good and high-level the official Wii SDK is.
By the way, the Wii has a PowerPC CPU, which makes it different enough from a PC, but its architecture is very special (the TEV is quite a unique system).
