Platform Experiment (WIP Title)

I started to work on this last week and I'm starting to feel confident that this will be released. Despite it not having a title yet I felt like I should start this thread as there are WAY too few FiNCK levels out there. So I want everyone to know that more is coming.


The level will feature all custom tilesets and backgrounds. These are public and can be used and edited freely. *In this thread* I'll be uploading these for comments, criticism and download.

Progress:
22/6 - 2010
I finished world 1 out of 3-5 today, and I've made a tileset for world 2.
24/6 - 2010
I finished world 2 today, but I have no ideas for World 3. So I think I'l spend some time expanding and decorating the finished worlds.
12/1 - 2011
Starting to work on getting the level out. Finished or not

It will probably be closer to normal though, the focus lies heavily on puzzles and hence you won't die too much. Might get stuck once or twice though

I've been working on improoving the two first worlds based on the suggestions in this thread, and I think it's time to start working on world 3 now. But I have no clue as to what theme the third world should have. Suggestions are welcome

Can you tell me what the title of world 1 and 2 is (one of them is the Grass Hills)
I might have a suggestion for world 3.

World 1 is "Grass hills" and world 2 is "Ice caverns".

World 3 - Volcanic Shaft

If there is a World 4 and 5
World 4 - Poisonous Swamp
World 5 - Mountain Summit or Cloud Isles

if i knew how tilesets work (how to scroll through tilesets), i would start making a level

I'm sad to announce that I'm putting this project on hiatus indefinately...

Due to some recent changes in my life I simply don't have any time to be working on any levels. I'm sorry about this. I may continue working on it in 2011, but no sooner.

I don't know if I'll ever finish this, but it had some potential. So, in the next few weeks I'll try to tie together some loose ends and have it be a two-world deal. I just feel that it would be a shame if this never got released at all, so this might be the best solution.

EDIT: Lost all the files, this project won't be finished...
