Is there a way to convert a .flac file to .ogg?

This is the file I'd like to use for my level:

Neither VLC nor the free online media converter I've tried could manage it.

Freesound? Flacs? Converting? I've had this problem before. Just download every converter ever written until you get one with .flac support.
Lurk more.

Or...search for a .flac codec and then convert it. I had to do something like that to get Muse's "Uprising (Does It Offend You, Yeah? Remix)" on my MP3. :awsum:

By far the easiest way I've found is to use oggdropXPd. Just launch prog, right-click for encoding options (bitrate etc) and drag'n'drop the flac on the window. Voilá! You have an Ogg! C)p

Another option is XMPlay. download the flac dll, and use the ogg writer as sound device.

I know the question's been answered, but I'll put a word in for FlicFlac. Converts between flac, ogg, mp3 and wav and is probably the simplest thing to use ever. No install required, too.
