Create a folder with the name of the cutscene on it in your level folder\cutscenes. Then, save any scenes as Scene1.png, Scene2.png, etc. To play the cutscene from a shift, enter ShiftCutscene(A)=Name of folder
Lurk more.

My bad. You don't need a cutscene folder.

Here is how you do it. Go into 3rd party tools and then cutscene editor. In the cutscene editor you can make a new cutscene, just type the name of the cutscene in the field and press new. After that, insert the pictures to it by clicking the new scene button. You just have to know where your pictures are, ok.
When you have done your cutscene make a shift. Make sure your shift will trigger the cutscene and then make it autosave. Any more questions?

Edit: It has to be a .png. otherwise it wont work.

How are you making the picture? Are you saving as a .PNG file, or do you just manually put .png behind the name?

So you're using a bitmap with a .png extension. That will basically never work.

When you save as, select as filetype: Portable Network Graphics (.png)

That should work.

go to start (at the bottom left corner)

no go to programs (it should be at the top somewhere)

then to to accessories (hard to find for me atleast)

then click paint

now start a new document (file>new)

then enter the image dimensions it says to put on the cutscene editor

then put your image there

then go to file> save

then look at the scroll bar thing, and look for where it says (*.PNG Portable Network Graphics)

Click that

and look for a safe and comfy place for your file

and press save

tadaaa!

now go to cutscene editor

and everything is self explanatory there :)

(I get confused sometimes, dont worry! :))
