New version of Level Editor
« on: September 29, 2009, 19:44:39 »
Hi everyone!

I have been working on a level for quite some time now, more than a year (not non-stop, mind you  :P2). I just returned to the forum to check things out and download some new levels. When I did so and tried to install the new levels, it told me that I needed to download a new version of KS, which I did.

Now, my questions... I've been working my level on the previous editor (V 1.06). If I change to V 1.08 is there any chance that what I'm working on will be jeopardized in any way? If not, should I complete it on V 1.08 to make it perhaps compatible with the new KS version?

Sorry if this has been answered before (I did a search, didn't find anything), or if this is not the right place to post my question. And if I confused you  X-P

And thanks!  :)

Any level made on an older version of the editor is editable in the new version, and vice versa. The only difference is that you can't use the old version to place custom objects. (Actually I think maybe you can, but you can't see them in an old version.)
good bye
