[Challenge][Hard]The Elders' Request
« on: August 17, 2009, 00:10:14 »
I saw the thread in the KS board regarding Nurykabe's confusing tilesets. One of them, triforium, I used in my first level ever, The Elder's Request. I never finished it, though I posted a demo on the old forum, to which Goog replied that it was good, but needed lotsa work. I was inspired, so I'm re-vamping it. Meaning moar vampires.* I'm still working on TLi(S)U, though, so don't get worried. C) The first pic is from the original version, and the second one is the new version. I can haz comments and criticism?
*Those that mention Twilight will be shot.

Oh, yah, story.

First thing that sprung to mind for the second one was the temple of the Ancients from FFVII... Kinda like a confusing twilight zone. Always nice to look at.

I'll be looking forward to trying this once it's done!

The dull vs cluttered contrast of the screens looks rather awkward, but I suppose that's okay.

Also, twilight isn't the only vampire related thing out there. Just the most awesome.
Lurk more.

WOAH. :whoa: That is all there is to say. Oh and when you said revamping it reminded me of Twilight. *Shot*
Really though this looks awsome and surreal.

Check out my tilesets!

New screenshot? Great. Confusing, but in an interesting way. Old screenshot? Meh. So: hell yeah for the revamp!

The second screen is very creative. I hope to see some more.

           YEY!
 :nuts: CONFUSING :nuts:

YIPPEH! But I can't find a tileset I can use for the second screen, a forest area. Yes, that's all I have. ;A;
