How do I make a flash game?

There are a lot of ways that shareware software stores how much time is left - and a lot of ways to distort/remove that storage.  Still illegal, though.

You can also use a open source flash alternative like
LiveSwif openlaslo and open office impress is apparently able to export flash, but only as a presentation.
