Just place down the 24 by 24 image, and make it repeat. Then, overlay these two filters I made. Tadaa. Instant waterfall. :D Recouloring the water above should be fairly easy.

ks reads frames by 24x24 pixels.... make a 24x48 then you have a 2 frame animation

Where did you get the frames. I want to make water into a CO too!

I think all the frames for the water and waterfall objects are default sprites in KE.

From the source, I took the red water in CO form. Unfortunately, there was a pattern on the yellow water so I decided to go through all the calculations to get the templates up there. Then, I realised the dot template wasn't showing up, so I brightened it by 150%. Then, I had to trial and error the animation times. It was a lot of work.

If you just want the color to change, play around with the hue on the original red rain.
