Help in utopica minor [spoilers]

I have  , , , and and the only new sub-level I seem to be able to reach is one called utopica minor. Unfortunately, it makes no sense. There are lines and electricity on the screen, but it doesn't seem to matter. All the platforms are invisible, and invisible things keep killing me! Am I just supposed to guess where to jump?
EDIT: I got through a few screens, and a bird told me about shadowlands. Is that the whole point of this level? If it is , where am I supposed to go next?

Utopica Minor is totally optional, btw

also, btw, in utopioca (& minor), things may not be the way they seem, but not exactly invisible.
