Practical style for the forum

Quote button is always visible
No empty space between posts
Barely visible background picture between posts to reduce distraction

Known issue: Opening the Quote button dropdown menu would be tricky on a touch device. I'll think about how to fix it if you want.

I actually have a style of my own that makes the forum look like the old SMF1-based forum. I'd post it, but I may give it another round of polish before I do...

(I may also make a dark version. Hm.)

Updated the style. Pages navigation was barely visible now that the background is whiter.
