Egomassive mod KS+, demonstration level

I remember long ago I played a level called Features Demonstration by Egomassive, which explains all the new things you can add to your level with this mod. The problem is I can't find it anymore. In Egomassive website he says that you will find two levels in the mod's folder, but I downloaded it and there are no levels. Can anyone upload that level or give me a link where I can download it? I tried also in the Knytt Stories Level Archive but with no results.

Hmm, it looks like the page was recently updated to remove the example levels! It used to look like this. In any case, here are direct links to the various KS+ example levels for now:
