Can't seem to figure out this little puzzle... I can just about manage collecting the white power up and getting back, but that leaves me no time to actually go up and use it on that little electric fellow. I'm guessing I've got to oh so skillfully and masterfully implement the ball somewhere but my feeble brain can't seem to grasp it.
So any hints or tips? (Or you could just tell me what to do, because I'm a complete idiot ;P)
