He deleted the website

I'm thinking of setting up a small download page for the various games and link to those instead. But I'd like to see if I can get in contact with Nifflas somehow and get an explanation from him. For all I know, this is only temporarily, or even better, if he has his website backed up, I'll use that instead.

Okay, so according to his recent tweets, Nifflas seems to have changed his mind about the website. Unfortunately, his backup turned out to be heavily incomplete, so he has to make a new one.

Edit: He seems to have just added a bunch of temporary links to various files that are available again on his site.

Edit #2: And after asking about it, the personality test is now back, too. Good thing I was so optimistic Nifflas still had it.

Oh, that's sad.. but good to hear that he'll bring back the website then.

I've undone the modifications to the theme.

  It's not that I'm unhappy that Nifflas is putting his website back up, but I've already made all the post-Nifflas-site modifications to KS+. All that remained was some revamping of my website, and I was looking forward to that. *sigh*

Ah well, guess I'll go ahead and make preparations for any future changes of heart.

Same here. I've kept all links to off-site redirection and then back to the forums to be directly at the forums. For example, the rules message at the top was also redirecting through the main site and back here.

KWND Knytt Will Never Die - I have screens and bgm I put together years ago I've been meaning to dig out for (when was KS released) i dunno how long, one day I will become a contributor rather than a lurker!
Be interesting to see where Nifflas goes next. I've always loved his choons, so I can't say I'm heartbroken. People do need to stop telling him to make another Knytt game on twitter though. It's like Radiohead and "Creep"...

I was just wondering, what is Nifflas doing these days?  Working on a game company? Making music? Is he okay? Does anyone talk to him?

He's developing a tool for making algorithmic music.

He seems to be doing fine, just taking a break from game development. Still talks to people through Twitter and watches Hempuli's streams.
