A few questions

Remember that every square of the map is accessible. You need to visit one place, then you'll know what to do. After you do it you'll notice a question mark on the map.

Although there are different forms of crystals, they are all for the same disorder. Basically, if you run out, you can use the other ones. At least that is what I think happens. I haven't used up enough of the red crystals to find out yet, but as there isn't another disorder like environment in the game, it has to be like this.

All I can say is this: There's a hidden room in the game that has a map of the disorder. If you interpret this map well, you should be able to answer your question.

6 columns away from the right edge of the map in a room with a hidden entrance. but you'll have to find and put them in secret rooms in the disorder first to spawn it there.

Have you seen those weird symbols on the map? Do they look like objects you might actually hold in your inventory?
