[Easy] [Environmental] Shift

Ok, I have been working on this one for a couple days, but it still isn't much...I mainly did it to get used to using shifts and to practice adding more visuals tot he evironment of my levels. Don't expect much from this, though.

To the right of 993, 1003

Hold up as you jump into the ghost at 990, 1003
Don't get the eye before you jump into the shift at 990, 1003
