Nyquist-Meyer Puzzles

Is this a bad joke or what? It's insane, difficulty of these puzzles reminds me last levels of Fish Fillets 2.  I completed only first puzzle, the others looks imposible for me.   I have no idea what  to do.

OK, I think I'm able to do it now. There was one big problem, PDA info is completely useless, very important info missing there about how exactly works last main function, now it make a sence for me.

PDA info isn't useless. It's meant to give you hints or get you started with a puzzle, not solve it for you. I find it quite handy.
