Night Sky HD?
« on: December 26, 2011, 21:34:04 »
Hey, sorry, but I have a couple confusions..
First, the hd is still in beta and the bug child forum is only for beta testers, right?
Second, was any sort of release information posted? Like, for example, will this be the mac compatible c++ version?
Thanks, and sorry, couldn't find an info sticky anywhere..

Dj.

Since there's a public release of NightSky HD (although its broken), I'd say it left the beta stage. Perhaps, its now in Omega state. X)

As for the other information, I don't know. That info hasn't been released to my knowledge.

Is the Mac version still broken? The latest Windows builds posted at HIB should be OK, and I've heard from other testers that they fixed the Linux build too, so I'd expect the HIB Mac build to run fine now too.

Was the HIB the only opportunity to get the HD version?
It seems it's over and it doesn't look like it's on steam yet.

Afaik the HD version should be avaliable at more places soon, e.g. on Steam. Nicalis are working on it, so I don't have any direct answers. However, just like I do, and perhaps even the guys at Steam, I bet they want to take it a bit easy around xmas and new year.
