Forum staff prompsided shoutbox yesterday but still nothing. Where is it?

HOLD IT! Where did they say this? 'Cause, if I remember correctly, they said it was useless and, as long as #niffchat exists, we don't need a shoutbox.

We never promised a shoutbox. We have #niffchat. The shoutbox was not added back because people were spamming in it and moderation in it is a bit hard. #niffchat works as good, and is accessible through a webapp.

So don't say we prompsided (what is that anyway).
