I'm sure this is a REALLY stupid question, but I am about to go and get a new laptop, and I was wondering if KS works on Windows 7 (Its just I know that my Vista screws up really badly sometimes with KS level editor)

Windows 7 is build on Vista's technology, so you can safelly assume that whatever happens in Vista will also happen in 7. But I guess it'll work.
