Or you could get an ogg encoder and use XMPlay to write straight to .ogg instead.

I want to convert .it files to .ogg files to use them in my levels.
Does anyone know any program to convert?

I've done that using XMPlay's WAV wirter, and then feeding the .wav file to Ogg Drop - http://nouturn.com/oggdrop/
thanks
