Virus?

I started the game and my antivirus said it's a trojanIt have a virus!

I use avast! home.

It lies. avast! told me that KS was a virus a few weeks ago. However, with the next virus database update, it was fine.

ok, so how to start the game? when i start it it crashes with an error.

first, make sure that avast! is updated.
second, if it doesn't work still, try adding it as an exclusion or ignore item (I don't know how to do in avast!, I don't use it.)

Well, its not like viruses will be magically pulled into your computer as soon as the antivirus software is turned off.
As long as you are not connected to the internet you should be fine.
