Yes, my eyes may have died a bit, but I love those OCOs, music, and overall mood. I'd say it's on the Large part of the spectrum though, that's a huge maze. Difficulty tag is right.
Good job. :hiddenstar:
The "brutally unfair" section was hilarious. The "jumpscares" in the eastern maze really caught me off guard, especially when paired with that deeply unsettling music. Found The Toast™ :P. Some luck-based enemies were a bit annoying though. The "lampshading ghost" cracked me up. I really liked the ending, it was rewarding, especially when my reaction literally was, "Oooh it's the one from Discord! And that's Plural's lighting shenanigans! So pretty :^^:".
Regarding bugs, I only found some minor graphical issues: Some COs don't loop correctly.
To fix kolejnice and kolejnice2, set Ending Frame to 2 and delete other values.
[Custom Object 60]

Init AnimTo=2
To fix duch and duch2, set Frame Height to 29, Ending Frame to 9, Speed to 250, Offset Y to -2, delete other values

Init AnimSpeed=250

and replace the sprite sheets with these fixed versions: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xxGC9FNo9gDyghT_yK2yZSemL9nAp7C0/view?usp=sharing
That's because the hologram reduces its unfairness :P
Oh, I would love a "Shipwrecked, But It's Format=4"
I completely agree that sprite sheets in KSDS are awful and shouldn't be used as templates.
However, that wasn't the only issue.

When those text boxes are empty, that's what the editor sees. 24x24 is the default resolution, 500 is the default speed, and 0 is everything else. That means, if your sprite sheet matches those values, you can leave the text boxes empty.
This is the cause of the looping error:

For example, if a CO has 4 frames, it's identified as 0, 1, 2, 3, not 1, 2, 3, 4. So Starting Frame and Loop Back To are empty (they are most of the time) and Ending Frame would be 3.
However, when you make an OCO, you only need to specify Bank and Object (unless it's the water eye or other huge monsters), and you probably already know that.
I recommend this to anyone:

Whenever you don't know what something does or you need to clarify, always do that first.
I checked the new version.
Kolejnice still had its speed set to 100.
Everything else was fine, but default values were still specified instead of being empty (why?).
Here's a fixed World.ini:

Everything is intact but the COs. I fixed them for you :).
Sorry for the confusion (code and spoiler tags don't get along. My bad).
Oh wow, I didn't notice that.
Eagle-eyed as always, GrayFace!
(https://i.imgur.com/0CC6b2N.png)What is this empty space? It's in the in-game map, so I thought it was accessible.
That can be a bit misleading.
Oh, as you can tell from that image, I just made a map of this level :). I'd like to post it, if you don't mind.
