Title: Egomassive mod KS+, demonstration level

I remember long ago I played a level called Features Demonstration by Egomassive, which explains all the new things you can add to your level with this mod. The problem is I can't find it anymore. In Egomassive website he says that you will find two levels in the mod's folder, but I downloaded it and there are no levels. Can anyone upload that level or give me a link where I can download it? I tried also in the Knytt Stories Level Archive but with no results.
