Title: Save feature

How can I save my progress in this game? I really can't figure it out. There are check points in the Knytt games, but this game doesn't have any and it didn't tell me about any save button in tutorial. Please help!

There is no save button.

I believe the game automatically saves when entering the next screen or every other screen, something like that. Basically when its save to safe, it will do so. Quite more than you expect.
