That was pretty good. It has great sound an visuals. Some of the punishments for touching the wrong things are harsh! And, that final screen was way too difficult for me. Still I liked it. *gives star*

I didn't find any wallswims, and I did look around a bit for them.

I'm wondering what my blog had to do with this level, but it's always nice to see my name in the credits of a good level. :)

Good artsy feel, nice use of sound and visuals... but the gameplay, not my cup of tea. I found it more frustrating than challenging. But if that's what you were going for (it seems like it was), then kudos!

Lets see...

• Frustrating lack of saves before big challenges
• Enemies that kill you from as soon as you enter a screen
• Extremely harsh punishments for failure
• Places to get "stuck" and not recover (White Key)
• Terminal Velocity falling challenges
• Long areas without the run powerup

I touched a White Key. I may cheat to get myself back where I was, if I'm feeling masochistic.

White Hell, indeed.

I really like the concept behind this and some of the areas were very memorable and creepy...

...(like "White Hell" or the dark area with the Juni doppelgängers). Unfortunately the story seemed to take a backseat during some of the longer and more challenging passages, which could feel a little generic at times. Putting the player inside a prison cell for touching the white key was surprisingly consequential, but I haven't found a way out and I'm not in the mood to play everything all over again... so it might take some time until I give your level another try.

Well this was a very interesting experience. The later parts of the level were a bit too frustrating for me, but overall it was really something to remember. Sure, it had its flaws, screens killing you instantly and such, but the story and enviroments were so cool that I still really enjoyed it.

I am at a loss.

To be blunt, I thought the level design was horrible, and the challenges were unfair and unforgiving. I don't play this game to be subjected to that kind of punishment.

On the other hand, the art was astoundingly beautiful, and the music made the various scenes even more strange and memorable.

I cheated to get through the entire level, so I won't be making a formal review. However, I have to give you kudos for the amazing tileset work.

Please, though. PLEASE. Don't make a level like this ever again.

Upon reflection, I feel like what I said before was overly harsh.

Let me be clear. I found a lot of the challenges annoying and was unable to complete the game legitimately because of that.

However, I have to stress that this is perhaps one of the most unique and beautiful KS levels ever made. I adored the tilesets and design, and the story wasn't half bad either. The music was all memorable and striking (in fact, I bought Quiet (CS01) after playing this) and the 'villain' was quite unnerving when it spoke to you.

Your level becomes more and more endearing to me every time I think about it. Unfortunately, I still don't think I will be able to finish the challenges legitimately.

I would absolutely love it if you made another level of this scale. I just hope you can make it more accessible to dopes like me.

First of all, I would like to apologize for all the negative things I said in this thread.
