Title: What happened to Rob?

First and foremost, Knytt Underground is one of my favorite games ever. Most excellent.
Second, I have completed the game once. I have found many secrets, but certainly not everything. I did my best to complete every quest I could find. And I have one question:
What happened to Rob?
Am I the only one wondering this?
Is it revealed by a secret/quest thing I haven't found yet?
I'm sorry if it is silly, but I can't stop wondering...

Not every story in the game is fully answered. There even was an infinity hype with AMA where Nifflas addressed questions about the game and would put stories in the game answering some of them in the form of a story.
I'm not entirely sure if the story of Rob is fully answered in game, either through one of the infinity hype update stories or in E3 itself, but if its not, then its just not. Nifflas might tell more about the story in a future update or game though. Most of Nifflas' games are somehow linked together.
