Title: If you have startup crashes on Windows, can you please try this?

Mathias has fixed what causes crashes on some Windows machines. Before I make a new update, I'd like to know if this fixes the problems that has been reported. Get this file (http://www.ni2.se/temp/Knytt%20Underground%20Test.zip), replace Knytt Underground.exe and put the Microsoft.VC90.CRT folder in the same folder as the executable.

Please let me know if this works!
