What's the drawing in/on/near/blah the vehicle thing in Spela Spelet? I mean, it can't be a dog killing someone, right?

It looks like a guy holding a bicyclesteeringwheel but with a big shard of glass pierces his head.

It looks as if all graphics in this game are drawn by children.

I'm often clueless. I created the game with pupils at a school.
