How do you delete just one object on the Level Editor?

Select Object 0. and then click on the object you want to delete.

Alternatively first right click on a location where no object is, and then left click on the object you want to delete.

By "object 0" he means the top-left square of the objects pane.

Not if we're talking objects as in OBJECTS, not tiles. In which case it would be on the right side, above the tileset.
