I've been working on a custom level for FiNCK for some time now (http://nifflas.lpchip.nl/index.php?topic=3585.0 (http://nifflas.lpchip.nl/index.php?topic=3585.0)), and I realised that I may have made it to hard on myself.
You see, my level is one puzzle after another, every single room is a puzzle and getting to certain rooms is also a puzzle.
Thinking of a puzzle takes time and it's hard. So making a large level that is built this way is really difficult. And today I came to the realisation that people might not want this many puzzles.
So I'm probably going to change the level. But I want to know what you guys would want in a level, so that I can make it as good as possible.
So, what kind of level would you play?

I find many exploration bits with every other couple of rooms with puzzles interesting. :)

I like lots of simple puzzles.
Like you walk, have a creature blocking your way, but if you pick up that box, you can double jump over him.
And once every so many small puzzles, you get to a room with a bigger one.

huge puzzle that take hours to solve.

It would be nice if you start in the same area as where the level ends, but then the only way that connects the doors (not counting the detour that's as long as an entire level) is unreachable and you have to take said detour.

I like lots of simple puzzles.
same here.

i would have no problem playing your level as it currently is, puzzles are fun!

i would play a level with simple puzzles at the beginning of the game and super complex puzzles at the end. How about that :)

A level with simple puzzles, but hidden puzzles that are complex, as more of a bonus. Like the main game, except the main areas would have slight puzzles ( move a bomb launcher over to an area, ride the bomb up).
