No, he means a 3D render. There's probably one somewhere, but for now the closest I know of is this (http://nifflas.lpchip.nl/index.php?topic=1195.0).

The word render doesn't specifically mean that it has to be 3D. Render only means that a computer algorithm is used to construct the image, rather than drawing it yourself.

LPChip very true but 99% of the time when people say render they mean 3D, so it's a safe bet. :)

and "pixxelated goodness" usually means 2d :)

But its rigged!
so, how should I improve it? (Im not so great at identifying the bad spots)

upper arms/thighs too short (if there are knees/elbows at all), torso too long (does she even have hips/bendable midriff?) does she even have a neck?
I don't really get the point of making any kind of alternate version of Juni, since her anatomy only works in that tiny-pixel-scale, and trying to translate it closely to anything else is kinda pointless. and if you don't stay too close to the original, then you could just look for a render of any possibly meant-to-be-female and put a white nightshirt on it and black hair. or something? :/

I am aware. I stated this fact to trigger Evil that he might not mean a rendered image after all. His other statement ("pixxelated") suggests it might be better drawn by hand in a 2D environment.
