Bring both bread slices / crash monsters to the place. Now, throw one crash monster so it runs towards the cactus. Pick up the second crash monster. Once the other crash monster returns, jump to the top of it and double jump to the coin.
Lol about the bread slices... Another thing, how on earth do you get to the last door in the first are in area 5? Have tried so many variations of bombs, bread slices and nukes, but still really stuck!
Get the first bread slice to where the bird and second bread slice are (if you can't figure out how to do this, I can elaborate) then use stand on the bird and when you're only a little ways away from the cliff, jump up (moving towards the cliff) and throw the bread slice so he gets on the ledge. Then grab the bird, jump on the second bread slice and use a throw jump to get up there yourself. That should be it.

True, but you'll have to move all the nukes from their initial spots anyway. You might as well do it the way I suggested and make it easy.
