I think you mean a folder (http://www.google.se/images?um=1&hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=Q2q&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-GB%3Aofficial&tbs=isch%3A1&sa=1&q=folder&aq=f&aqi=g10&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=), not a map (http://www.google.se/images?q=map&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&source=og&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wi).

The editor is posted in the pre-release (http://nifflas.lpchip.nl/index.php?topic=3352.0) thread and downloaded separately.
