I remember this level quite well...well, apparently not that well...cause....I can't find the red key! Does it have anything to do with the ghost telling me to go back to the place where I found the eye cause he has something else to give me?
I do like the level a lot. It is hard but not too. In fact, since you made this level, I've tried to play other levels that make it seem fairly easy. Not complaining, don't get me wrong. I prefer something much less than lunatic anyway.

One of the best levels ever except for the keys.
It's like those games where the secrets are so hard to find, but once you find them you're all like, "Oh. That was a cool place to hide it."
I really think that there should have been a save point somewhere in the escape after finding the blue key. None of the rooms were particularly tough, but easy to make a mistake and die on, and that execution chamber got old pretty fast (hilarious as it was the first time XD)

Errors:
x974y1002 - Shift C doesn't set flag 9 (you made non-existing Shift C on x974y1001 do this instead). So, there's no legitimate way to go to Hell.
Voids:
x1006y999, x998y999 - you can climb up to void.
Hell is full of voids:
x994y1014 - up and to the right.
x990y1015 - to the right.
x989y1014 - you can jump left and get to x987y1014.
Wallswims:
x976y999 - wallswims from the upper screen at coordinates x0y0, x1y0.
