Title: Beat my Dodgesquare2 score!

Can you beat my dodgesquare2 score? My best result is the entry at the top of the built in highscore list in the game.

Its on Explorer XLII, in the Liuz system.
My best score is 1264.

Wait a minute... La Siffn' is an anagram for Nifflas!

I don't think I can get over 1400...

By the way, are the square patterns fixed? Maybe it's just me, but they seem to always fall the same way.

Had to be done. :P Anyway, haven't unlocked this yet. A spoiler alert might be in order, though it's apparently not a secret secret.

Its not even a secret, and you don't "unlock" it. There is a game machine in Explorer XLII, and you have to find it if you want to get the part in the Liuz system.

I beat that score. I thought I had to to unlock something.

If you play Touhou (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Touhou_Project) then beating a score like that is reasonably trivial.

I think Dodgesquare depends a lot more on reflex and luck than Touhou.  In Touhou, you need practice more than anything.  Reflexes only get you so far in that game; it's only once you're familiar with each boss spell that you stand a chance dodging it reliably.

Here, I keep finding myself in a little "tunnel" with no way out exit, or I get cornered by two to four blocks in a horizontal-line formation above me and I get guillotined by a surprise fast square on my way out.

Err, well what difficulty level do you play touhou on?

When i was playing Saira I actually though I had to beat the highscore to get to continue the game. So when I got my highscore (1834) I was kind of disappointed that nothing happened.
