Title: Mihica battery?

I've been looking around for a long time, on mihika, disabled all the lazers, but can't find the battery charger to move on... Any hints, please?

If its not there, where is it? I finished Hulton and looked all around that area but I can't find a way to charge.

The battery charger is always on the planet in the solar system with no items, Dragon Noir being an exception.

Ok, well I guess that means that I should find one on Mihica. I've looked all around and I can't find a thing. The flowers looked interesting, but they did nothing. there is an area in the far right that I can't get to.

I remember Mihica being an exception here...  :/

EDIT: Meaning, Hulton contains the charger
