I've turned on the tube puzzles and the wiring puzzles in Dragon Noir, but I can't find the third generator.

I think you need to go as far left as possible and then fly to reach it.

I'd appreciate if you can give me an advice too.

I cannot find a way to reach the generator located at the top of this screen (as I suppose). The problem is that if you take flying ability from puddle near checkpoint, it will expire before you can get to this screen :(

You have to climb faster. Hold the UP key all the time as soon as you touch the water, then just wall jump as much as you can! It's possible to do it so you even get several seconds of remaining power when you reach the screen. A good advice is whenever you hang on to an edge, don't jump straight up to the platform, jump in the other direction instead and keep holding UP throughout the entire run so you always boost your climb when you run into a wall.

If you have a problem with key jamming (happens on some keyboards) with the UP key so you can't hold it all the time, it's recommended that you go into the settings program and select another jump key.
