Title: How do you get a better fuse?

Right now I only have the standard fuse, but apparently, there is a high power one as well, according to this post (http://nifflas.lpchip.nl/index.php?topic=2283.msg25594#msg25594).
The star map strangely says I have all the items, so I don't know where to look.
Besides exploring every screen of every planet in every star system, there isn't much I can think of, and I really don't want to do that. :/

Does anyone know where it is?

Are you absolutely sure you explored all the star systems? Didn't you miss Goldschmidt, the one near the bottom right hand corner of the map? I don't know where that particular item is, but this is the most probable cause for your problem.

Yeah, thats probably it. I didn't see it because it was so far away from the other stars and the same color as the background.
