Post by: Salmoneous on September 05, 2009, 16:56:53
Reversed level. It's a nice enviromental level. Try and find the secret teleport.

Very relaxing, very pleasant. I thought it was a bit nasty to put a tricky jump

but, other than that, I enjoyed it.

This level confuses me greatly, not playing it, but I've played the same level before and it was not called "Reverie". So is this really your level that your re-releasing under a different name or what?

Yeah. He's released this level as "Uthoha." However, Uthoha has fewer tilesets, which leads me to believe that he's made it larger.

Um.. ok level. The music lasted a bit too long is some places, and it was kind of short, but it's good.

I can't seem to find these tricky jumps, though.

oh and who's tilesets do those little creatures with the hats belong to? i don't remember ever seeing them before and they look interesting  ;)

I made that tileset.

No, no tricky jumps. I don't get what everyone is talking about. No hard jumps in this level.

Needs more save points. It was annoying to have to walk for 2 minutes just to get a new try at jumping over some water I didn't pay attention to the first time.

I remember the old version of this... there *was* one tricky jump in that... But then, I was far more crap at tricky jumps then than I am now, so maybe it would be easy/ier for me now. This was one of the earliest levels I played.

I'll give this version a try sometime. I'm still busy with half a dozen other levels, though, and RL is pretty relentless at the moment, so new levels have to take a backseat for a while.

great stuff. i agree that some jumps were a bit difficult though.
again, you have an exceptional eye for design and color.

Yay, one of my favorite environmental levels got an update. Loved the contrast between the two parts of the world. The trees kind of look out of place, though. And the amount of backtracking is... well, whatever, this level is still very nice.
